There are recipes for making wine from all varieties of fruit, as well as some more unusual choices like mint, cilantro, and garlic. Check out his complete recipe collection. Don't be afraid to experiment with blending recipes. I made a sparkling apple mint that was AMAZING! My husband's favorite is our raspberry concord grape blend.
While I am fortunate enough to use ingredients I grow myself, there are other options using juice concentrates or one of the many juice kitsavailable.
